Amongst our diverse portfolio of engagements with MIT, our partnership with the Sloan school stands out as an engagement we’re distinctly proud of. Over a period of 2+ years, we helped the school build and launch its first cohesive brand story to engage and activate the global business community.

challenge

MIT is one of the top academic institutes on the planet—they don’t have an admissions problem, they don’t have a development problem. But the MIT Sloan School of Management had a challenge. The school was starting to lose credit for the innovative ideas and practices they’d been developing and championing for over a century. Other players who arrived later to the game but had more sophisticated and frequent communications with the global business community were starting to dominate the conversation. MIT Sloan brought in Captains to help develop the schools’ brand message and help bring it to global business leaders everywhere for the first time.
